Polifibra Folien Handelsgesellschaft mbH

The companies of the Polifibra Group specialise in the manufacture and assembly of flexible films for industrial use. For example, we use polyester and aluminium laminated films for electrical insulation and thermal insulation laminates for motors and transformers.

We strive for further development of our films in partnership with our customers. Practical products for a changing market are an important prerequisite for continued growth.

"If our customers are satisfied, so are we!"

To achieve this ambitious goal, we are focused on providing daily support for the ever changing needs and requirements of our customers. Our many years of experience, offering fast and direct communication with our clients, together with our high manufacturing standards and excellent quality, are the basic principles for our continued success at POLIFIBRA Folien Handels GmbH.

Our capabilities are divided into three core business areas:

  • Electrical applications
  • Cable industry
  • General industrial applications.

Due to the different requirements of these market sectors, our films and multi-layered composites have to possess a number of different characteristics. Therefore, we manufacture and assemble composite films from base materials, such as copper, aluminium, polyester, BOPP, PVC and PE films., which are used in various production areas. Even films with a heat-activatable coating (e.g. so-called prepregs and sealable coatings) are in our product range.

The respective locations of the composite films are determined by their chemical resistance, mechanical strength and the electrical and physical values. Our products do well in high-voltage machines, transformers or motors; are used in the insulation of data or power cables; and serve as a coating or release films in almost all industrial sectors.
