Torné Grup has been specialised in manufacturing fabrics and reinforcement gauzes for the adhesive tape industry since 1968. Our main specialisation is cotton gauze.

Allowing us to adapt to the diverse processes and needs of the market, we have applied this knowledge to the process of creating specific fabric structures for reinforcement in the adhesive tape industry and other applications. There is no single gauze fabric, but according to the specifications required in each process, we create a special fabric, of which we guarantee its adaptation to the production process applied. Our machinery is specially designed to manufacture this type of fabric. We offer long-length rolls without splices up to 220 cm wide. We adjust the grammage, raw material, width, length, and fabric structure... to guarantee the correct performance of the product when it is used for the manufacture of the final product.

Facilities
Torné Grup’s headquarters are located in the town of Sant Feliu Sasserra, Barcelona, Spain. They are composed of three industrial buildings, two of which are used for production and a third as a warehouse with a total of 2,000 m2. Our production process consists of the following stages: warping, sizing, weaving and finishing.

R&D
Torné Grup offers a local product and personalised service to our customers. We perform a thorough follow-up of all our productions: from the design and development of the new fabric and its manufacture to the results and performance in its use by our customer.
