Hot Melt Coaters: UV Acrylic | PSA | EVA

Our Hot Melt Coaters, sometimes called slot die coaters, combine our expertise in coating technology and web tension control to consistently produce excellent results. With the advancements in adhesive technologies, especially U.V.-curable adhesives, hot melt coaters are able to provide solutions that are efficient, environmentally friendly and compact at a fraction of the cost of conventional solvent and water-based coaters.

Laminators

We manufacture a comprehensive range of hot and cold Laminators for the combination of a wide range of substrates from thin, delicate or stretchy materials up to rigid, less-compliant products. Primarily used in the self-adhesive, medical, automotive and aerospace industries, each machine is manufactured to suit individual requirements. They can be configured to run: sheet-to-sheet, roll-to-sheet or roll-to-roll. The materials can be heated prior to lamination using infrared heaters and/or electric, high-pressure water or oil-heated lamination rolls, after which chilling can be provided to reduce the temperature prior to rewinding or sheeting. A wide variety of unwinds and rewinds can be supplied, including driven or braked, cantilevered, portable, shafted or shaftless units to handle all sizes and weights of rolls.

Core Cutters

All Elite Cameron Core Cutters provide clean, accurate, burr-free cuts, making in-house core-cutting simple and cost-effective. Each model complies with strict CE safety guidelines with full guarding around critical cutting areas to protect the operator. From manual to fully automatic, our quality core-cutters are designed to meet the needs of our customers.
