Nitto General Announcement

 

We are pleased to announce the integration of Mondi’s Personal Care Component Business into the Nitto Group, a global manufacturer of high high-functional materials.

After the initial merger announcement on Feb 1 17th , 20222022, we have gone through the regulatory app roval process processes and other necessary procedures to finalize the transition transition.
We would like to inform you that these steps are now completedcompleted, and the Personal Care Component Business was successfully integrated into the Nitto Group. As of July 1 1st , 2022 , we have commenced our integrated operations as a new organization, by the name of Advanced Film Solutions. Please find details of new company names in the next page.

The merger of Mondi’s PCC business into Nitto will strengthen our capabilities and increase our offering to our customers. Should you have any questions regarding this change, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your local contact person as always.
