These Meetings are free to all attendees, including breaks, lunch and dinner. Companies must cover their own accommodation expenses (routinely at an Afera-appointed rate).

Afera European Tape Week 2026
69th Afera Annual Conference, 12th Tape College and Committee Meetings
21-25 September 2026, Pestana Douro Riverside, Porto, Portugal
These events have discounted participation and hotel rates for Afera Member attendees. Sponsorship details will be available in January. While the Annual Conference is exclusive to Members (allowing non-Members to attend once), the Tape College is open to non-Members.

69th Afera Annual General Assembly
November 2026 (exact date TBA), online
As the Association’s key governance meeting, participation is limited to Afera Member Companies. Voting rights are held by Active Members (tape manufacturers) only. See Annual General Assembly

8th Global Tape Forum (GTF) & Global Test Methods Committee (GTMC) Meetings
17-19 November 2026, Hamamatsucho Convention Hall, Tokyo, Japan
3-5 speakers are routinely recruited among TC Member Companies.

Event attendee lists and proceedings
All registered attendees will receive an attendee list prior to the event. Complete event proceedings are free for participating Member Companies and €300 for non-participants.
