Silicone pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs) resist high temperatures, chemicals, moisture, weathering and sunlight. They’re a great choice for tapes, but most commercially available products are supplied in aromatic solvents, which emit volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that can raise environmental health and safety concerns, no matter which curing system is used.
